Boston Teachers Union, Boston Public Schools’ tentative agreement aims to ‘overhaul the district’s approach toward special education’

The Boston Instructors Union and Boston Public Colleges have attained a new tentative settlement that aims to “overhaul the district’s method towards exclusive education and learning,” the instructors union stated in a press release.

The tentative arrangement was announced Thursday at the American Federation of Lecturers conference in Boston. Especially, the two teams agreed on decreasing class measurements and having a collaborative solution to assessing the needs of pupils with individualized schooling programs (IEPs) or who are English language learners, the push launch more mentioned.
